Delivery information (For Beds & Mattresses Only)

A delivery service is offered to the outside door of your notified delivery address. As
a gesture of goodwill at times- certain products can be taken into the property.
However, we accept no liability for loss or damage that may arise to the goods or
your property subsequent to these arrangements.
 

Where can we deliver to?

We deliver across mainland UK. However, there are some postcode areas and offshore
locations we currently do not deliver to, including:

Offshore: Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and the
Republic of Ireland
Postcodes:
KW, HS, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA20+, KA28, FK18+, DG9, IM, BT, LL28+, SY17+, SA33+,
TA, EX, TQ, PL, TR, JE, GY, PO30+

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days for in-stock items. 

During busy periods (like Bank Holidays, Black Friday, or Christmas), delivery
may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Yes, you can rearrange your delivery date if needed.

Once your delivery date has been confirmed via SMS and/or email, you have a 24-
hour window to contact us and reschedule at no extra cost.

If you request a change after this 24-hour period, a £65 redelivery fee will
apply. Please ensure you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery date to avoid
a £65 fee.

Delivery Restrictions and Terms

Standard delivery is to the front door only.
For apartments or flats, delivery is made to the ground-floor lobby.
At this particular time we do not offer an assembly service- although you should find our products straightforward to assemble. 

We can only carry items up two flights of stairs. For higher floors, lift
access is required. If we arrive and there is no lift access beyond the second floor
£65 delivery surcharge will apply due to access
limitations.

If you’re not available at the time of delivery, a £65 redelivery fee will apply. 

We’ll then help you reschedule your delivery within the next 5-10 working days.
While we cannot guarantee a specific date, we will do our best to accommodate your
preferred delivery day where possible. 

Yes, all deliveries must be signed for. We do not deliver to unattended properties. If
no one is available to receive the delivery, a £65 failed delivery fee will apply.

Please measure carefully before placing your order. If delivery cant be completed
due to access restrictions (e.g. tight staircases or narrow doorways), a £65 return fee
will be charged.

Absolutely. If you have special access instructions or concerns (e.g. narrow
staircases, no parking, etc.), contact us ahead of time.
