WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY


Returns & Exchanges

• All return or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

• No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.

• Requests must be submitted via the ‘Contact Us’ page on our website.

• Items must be unused and in like-new condition.

• If an incorrect item is ordered (e.g., wrong colour or variation), you must follow the same return process. Aurora Home & Living is not responsible for customer ordering errors.

• Refunds will only be issued after returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 working days for processing.




Product Guarantee

• Covers manufacturing defects on frame and frame springs for 1 year from the delivery date.

• Extended warranties are available as an optional add-on.

• This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from our store or website. It does not cover second-hand purchases or items bought from third-party retailers.

• Guarantee is valid in mainland UK only and is non-transferable.


Not Covered:

• Deliberate damage, misuse, or poor maintenance

• Commercial use – products are for residential use only

• Natural fading from sunlight

• Accidental damage

• Consumables like screws, filler, brackets (these will be charged for)

• Fitting issues reported after 30 days from installation


Conditions:

• You must follow all care instructions, especially for gloss or high-sheen finishes

• Furniture must be used for normal domestic purposes


Making a Claim

• You must provide photographic evidence of the issue

• Aurora Home & Living will aim to resolve valid claims within 14 days of receiving evidence or conducting an inspection

• For issues reported after 6 months, the burden of proof is on the consumer to demonstrate the fault was present at delivery. This may require expert evidence or proof of widespread defect.


Note: If repair or replacement is required, some variation in colour or firmness may occur due to natural fading or material differences.
